I don't like it. Decriminalizing is a word people have to think about to figure out what it means.
On top of that, cops have nothing whatsoever to do with the 2A.

While I applaud your efforts, I think ilbob's criticism is valid.
Cops have nothing to do with it. People will see this as vigilantism and LEO-bashing -- I know that is not what you are going for, but that is what some people will see.
Dump the big word. Why not just "Arkansans for Open Carry" and one of the site pics (with permission, of course), then your "we're tired of hiding...". I really like the simplicity of the Texas campaign, maybe base yours off of that?
