| Anyone know if the unloaded requirement is being challenged now on the basis of the Heller ruling striking down impediments to functioning purpose of self defense?

I'm looking into that possibility soon with a local gun rights group. I'm willing to be a test case if I am confident I will have the financial backing to fight it all the way.

Due to the fact that this product is copywrited, I was wondering if I could expressed permission to have this professionally printed for distribution in Los Angeles PD's, sheriff stations and gunshops?
And maybe before we can collaborate and make one specifically for the LEO's and their training programs? Figure instead of waiting for them to stop us we can try to educate them where they eat so to speak. . .
Please let me know.
(I was asking to pretty it up. . but after looking again don't see the need.)

Look all you want and you will not find a copyright anywhere on this pamphlet.
There is a disclaimer that states I am not responsible for anyone elses action or the use they make of the information given in the pamphlet.
Feel free to copy, distribute, print, as many copies as you feel like.
I provided it in a Microsoft Word format so that anyone from any other state, or anyone who wanted to use the information in any other publication would have an easy way to copy it.
So, if you want to doctor it up specifically for an LEO audience, go for it. I look forward to seeing your ideas.

Great!
I just figured as I stated above that if we can educate the law enforcement about the laws they will be less likely to harrass us and it can help the cause more. The fewer of us that get arrested and hit with huge legal fees the better.
I do also plan on developing some videos and stuff for them. This could actually be fun. . . Citizens educating Police and DA's on the law. . . What an ironic twist!

Videos would be great. All we need is someone willing to dress up as a cop and do some mock-up stops.
Not it.

Or better yet we might as a LEO or agency to help us make the video? I am sure they all would like to enforce the law if they KNEW about it. . . And anyway helping them prevent lawsuits I think they might be willing.
But anyway, I think I have completed my CA Open Carry Review LE Edition. . haha. Let me know what you think.

Theseus..much easier to read and quickly interpret, yet still retains all the hard info from the original.
Good job.

ill do it. im probably too young to play the old fat cop stereotype. I can be the eager trigger happy rooky all the police mention when lecturing us.

I honestly don't see why we even need to mock stops. As long as we film inside and treat it more as an educational video we don't have to worry about the permit requirements.
I am also going to try and work on a business card sized for OC laws or a way to construct the paper to fold into that size.
