Hello all.

I am a Minnesota resident who has a Minnesota carry permit and I am interested in obtaining a non-resident Florida permit. Does anyone know if my certificate of completion from my Minnesota carry class will satisfy Florida's requirement for proof of training? The certificate is dated August of '09 and was given by our local chief of police who also gives classes for permits.
