| I was pretty sure it was going to pass the house...it's the senate I'm concerned about. Crossing my fingers. Never did hear a peep out of my state senator.

Same here on all counts. I'll be continuing to mail my Senator and the State Affairs Committee.
I'm not very good at phone conversations or I'd call them up, too. I'm much better with print. If any of you are comfortable and articulate on the phone, give 'em a call. They will take that seriously!

Reported out of Senate State Affairs Committee 4/1 with recommendation "Do Pass."
Going before the Senate for a vote very soon.

If this gets passed, I want a copy of the actual bill framed and put on my wall. That is just unbelievably sweet.

The bill passed the House on the 23rd.
Passed in the Senate on the 7th and sent back to the House. Now it will go to the Governor!

| Thanks...I was wondering why it went back to the House. Now I know...time to send a letter to good ol' Butch Otter. Not that I think he'd refuse to sign the thing, he seems as fed up as the rest of us.

This is a house joint memorial, I helped work on it with the newly formed Sons of the Republic, unfortunately a House Joint Memorial is a very strong Opinion not a Bill. Now you all are aware we did get passed HB229 which is in a time of martial law they can not confiscate your weapons.
We have a Bill like Montana's ready and Representatives that we will be supporting this year if you are interested we will need your help. Also We are going to start approaching our county sheriffs as to where they stand on the constitution. Check out Sheriff Mack on a google search.
