I took a Utah CC class last week, during the class open carry came up. Ed Santos the instructor firmly stated that open carry was legal and well with in your rights as long as you could legaly own firearms. Ed even allowed me to make the statement that I open carryed to class that day from Deer Park Wa making 3 stops along the way with out incident and would do so on the way back home. Kudos to Ed Santos for accuratly reciting the law. Ed is also a part time law enforcment officer as well.
