Does anyone know who actually owns the grounds where the Canyon County Fair is held? I know part of it is at Simplot Stadium and the ball fields, but don't know if carry is legal there.

Your best bet to know for sure is to check with the County Assessor and/or County Recorder. They are the ones who keeps all of the land ownership and tax records.
