If they want to issue a city wide LTC for Peoria fine, have the county states attorney and city attorney agree to not prosecute anyone for UUW who has a LTC and help push the legislature into passing state LTC.
Chicago has been a test city for gun control and disarming the law abiding citizens for 40 years, we know how well it has worked.

Huh. Vermont has never had a test for CC or OC, and we're just over-run with gang-bangers, criminals and random citizens shooting up the streets......
