I got this this info by way of http://www.independenceks.gov/City-Code-48435.asp official Indepence city link. click on city code and it takes you to the link above. type in different words like guns, gun, firearms, weapons, kife and different codes will pop up.

I don't have time to look so please report back and if your open carry do a video.
