| no you dont understand utahs policy... they HONOR the maine permit, as in, since maine offers it to 18+, they will honor what they allow

Blacksmith is 100% Right. No matter the Age, if you have a CCW that is recognized in Utah you are here 100% LEGAL.
I talked about this awhile back with Clark Aposhian, Chairman of the Review Board at BCI.
