| Does this mean that DC would have to follow Maryland firearm laws? I know not the best state to follow but still a step in the right direction in terms of issuance, reciprocity and the like.

| It will never happen. But you know what, these days...nothing surprises me anymore. The lines between DC and Maryland are so blurred in so many ways, I don't think it would make a difference one way or the other.
