The bottom of page 2 of the non-resident application form has 2 lines to provide a "detailed reason" for why you need an All Lawful Purposes LTC(A). 

It sounds like you need current death threats or something similar.  What are considered acceptable reasons?  How do you fit all the details in 2 lines?  :?
