Wow, excellent coverage!
Good use of statistics about the number of justified homicides, to show that it isn't a rarity.

Wow, nearly 12% of homicides in KC are justified SD? That's really a huge number and one heckuva bit of support for carry in MO.

Does KC have reciprocity with KC?
Must be a nightmare haveing a state line run through the city.
As for the story, would have liked to hear 'charges possibly pending'
on the security guard shooting. They don't seem to give ccw holders
that much latitute when taking down unarmed individuals, or armed for that
matter.
But I guess the news censorship division was asleep at the switch, or was it a live
shot thing and the night shift didn't get memo to squash good 2A stories.

Where I live we have that same situation, but Texas and Arkansas quickly signed a reciprocity agreement (the first for each state).
Beer on one side of State Line Avenue, lottery tickets on the other, and guns all around.
