The NE Attorney General stated that cities do NOT have the right to make up their own laws concerning going against state statutes. Hence, places like Crawford, and Scottsbluff are going against the State Law concerning concealed Pistols allowed in the city. They cannot make this stick now, so should immediately remove that piece of illegal legislation.
