I was on my way to work yesterday, around 6 PM, and thought I saw someone open carrying on Town Center just north of Summerlin Hospital. I doubled back but couldn't be sure in the fading daylight and didn't want to harass a good citizen anyway. I live in the area and was just wondering if it was someone from on this forum.
