Here is the Texas effort:  http://www.petitiononline.com/texasoc/petition.html

And it's gotten the issue of restoration of Texas open carry rights into the new big time!

If I lived in OK this petition would be online by noon today!

How does one go about that?  I'd like to see open carry in Oklahoma.

Theree are several ways to mkae the petition - check out how Texas did it and draft one for OK and use the same web system if you want.

Well, it looks like the Texas petition could be used exactly as it is.  Even the

6 non-permissive states sentence applies to Oklahoma.  All that needs changing

is the name of the state (Texas to Oklahoma) and the name of the Governor.
