| just turned 18 and i read in the website that anyone over 18 can OC but my question is dont you have to be 21 to buy a pistol, if so than how are you supposed to OC? not sure, just wondering... live in Lancaster City. anyone else OC here????

Your parents, grandparents, or, if you're married to someone over 21, can gift one to you.
Or, legally but doesn't happen in practice, you can buy one private party and have a sheriff transfer it to you in lieu of an FFL. I say it doesn't happen because there's no known sheriff in PA who'll do it.

OC is also a bit tricky in PA for those under 21 and without a LTCF because there's that funky law that prohibits you from carrying in a vehicle. So, unless you're within walking distance, there's no way to get to where you want to OC.
