There are about 1500 replies to that thread, another ~780 in the Richmond thread, the majority reporting OC experiences.


This thread is intended only for reporting.  Please create and link to new threads for discussions and debates about incidents that are reported here.


I'd start this off with an experience, but I have not openly carried in Southwestern Pennsylvania yet... I have only carried concealed.

There are already plenty of individual reports from SWPA. Take a look around.
