| I am a Philadelphia resident that has a conceal carry permit, however I would like to open carry if it is legal for me to do so. Is it possible to organize an open carry function to educate the people in the city of philadelphia.

With a permit you can legally open carry in Philly.

In Pa. it is a License To Carry Firearms.
It say's nothing about concealing anywhere on it.
