I know there has been a lot of information concerning the ability/lack of ability or misunderstanding about South Carolina and wether or not you can carry your firearm inside a restaurant that serves alcohol.. It looks like there is legislation out there that will address that...

Its a step in the right direction, but you have to keep it locked in your car on school grounds and you still have to have a CWP.  But at least our legislatures are doing something in the right direction.

Hmmph.  It includes three years incarceration for a misdemeanor while IIRC other SC law defines a felony as incarceration for more than 365 days.
