Any preemptions in VT?

We may be off to VT in a couple of weeks for a week's stay near Arlington.

Aside from the federal laws regarding schools, are there any exceptions to the CC or OC freedoms you fine folks enjoy?

We'll be doing some hiking in the National Forest and ain't no way I'm doing that unarmed. :D

Municipalities (towns/cities) may only regulate the firing of firearms, nothing else...some still think they can create other restrictions (see my thread below this one) but they always lose in court if they try enforcing anything...
