Can you sign up for this after the fact? I know all the paperwork is already put in, but I would still like to participate.
Anyone who wants to pick up trash just has to show up at the next meet. The form that is filled out covers you if you get hurt while out there under the State's L&I program.

For those thinking ahead to the impending weather. If we have snow on the ground then the event will be canceled and rescheduled. For those wondering if there is snow on the ground check out this link:

The ground is turning white here in the south end so I am gonna call this for today. If anyone wants to get together for a impromptu OC meet, I'm up for it.

I sent some pics to the Ridley Report. The electronic reader boards are generated by the guys at http://atom.smasher.org.
The blue and orange roadside signs are for real. The next scheduled trash pickup is in early April.

Easter is Sunday, April 12, 2009
This places our standard OCLPU day in direct conflict. Do we reschedule for the day before (one week from today) or the week after?

I re-read the rules and we cannot pick up on a holiday weekend. So it will have to be rescheduled for another or several weekends that month. I will be attending the WAC gun show on Sat in April and the one in Elma as soon as I know the date.
I am up for any day to pick trash or if we need to break the event into multiple days but we are required to pick up in April. What ever days are most convenient for folks lets look at that. If 5 can pick one date and 10 another and 8 another lets do it .

I'm in !
I've been emailing Mike Stollenwerk from OCDO about us doing a press release and getting some more video time while doing this event. I want enough folks on hand to do a show of force but I need people to show up.
If Sunday does not work how about a Saturday? Let's pick the right day and make this happen !!
