I have a question? I live adjacent to Huntington. I have a ccw in Ohio, but I cant find a clear law for carring in a vehicle. i go to Huntington frequently and so far I leave my weapon for fear i may cross the line from concerned citizen to criminal. I also travel through WV on my way to NC on vacation. i want to be able to carry enroute to and from WV.

Simple: West Virginia is not Ohio.  If you have a CHL (OH & WV have reciprocity), you may legally carry anywhere except courthouses, the State Capitol, K-12 school property, and where prohibited by federal law. Given the crime problem in Huntington, that's good news for you.

Here is more information.
