During a discussion with a friend of mine, and I have heard this before also, he said that if you have a CCP, which I do, that you are then required to always CC.  Is this true or just one of these things that is untrue but never quite goes away?

No....I just thought it was interesting that some of these ideas are so widespread.  It seems like sometimes they float around just to keep people from getting CCPs and the like.  Thanks for replying.

A good response is, Show Me! Tell them to show you the WV statute that states what they are claiming, otherwise they can STFU.
