This is what I've always heard, but then again, I'm pretty well set in BOTH departments, both with my "gun" and with my "pistol"...
On my hip, I carry a Para Ordnance P-14.45m with a spare mag (both hold 13rds), loaded with either Federal 230gr HydraShoks or Winchester Ranger .45 230 gr.
I'll leave the spec's of the other "equipment" that I'm packin' to your imaginations... 
But I will say this, when I got my CHP, and started carrying the Para in an IWB holster, I actually tore out the front of a pair of Dockers, and had to replace them with Dockers that were 2" bigger in the waist...

Well... by golly... if I'm compensating for a teeny weenie by owning a gun what does that say about those who are afraid to own a gun? Is there something smaller than "teeny"?
