LeagueOf1291 posted this in another thread, but it's kind of buried.

This online petition needs our help.  There are currently only 106 signatures, this number needs to be in the tens-of-thousands!

First, read the whole thread (http://opencarry.mywowbb.com/forum4/2597.html).

League of 1291 plans to show the signatures to his state rep.  I'm afraid this one is just for show, and is going nowhere unless someone picks it up and runs with it.

I'd be proud to sign one that is addressed properly, worded well, and to be sent to the appropriate people.  If it's sent to state representatives, it needs to be organized by state and addressed to state officials; if to national officials, showing it to a state representative isn't it.

I'm going to show it to my state representative because not showing it would have no effect. To say that makes it "only for show" is kind of strange.

If this petition gathers enough signatures it will be effective. Let's make it so.
