Last I heard hearing on Deleo's motion to dismiss
was postponed on May 1, 2009. Any new developments since then?

I thought that justice was blind - not deaf, dumb and mute. :P

I spoke with my attorney on Sunday.  He said he believes she is just going to make her decision based on what she has had submitted to her (he said the documents were more then 100 pages in length).  He also said this is not uncommon based on his experience with cases like mine.  He has no worries or apprehension.  It's just a wait and see kind of thing.  So, I guess we wait and see.  :)

Respectfully -

This thread is about the continuing court case not about reposting the tragic event and public opinion thereof.  There are other threads for that.
