Checking the mailbox, I discovered the NRA (negotiate rights away) had sent some of their begging material/scare propaganda in today's mail.

After sharing a good laugh with the wife, I used her sharpie to mark it "RETURN TO SENDER.

It should be MORE than obvious those folks don't give a rat's rectum about OC.
If you should get this mailer piece, please consider doing the same.

Whenever I get something from them it goes right in the trash, unopened.

By returning it marked "return to sender," they get the idea their propaganda is NOT welcome.
By throwing it away, you miss the opportunity to send THEM a message.

Return to sender of bulk mail gets thrown in the trash by the post office.

If a SASE is provided , I like to send it all back to  the mailer, including the envelope it came in.  This results in a fat, bulky letter. I wonder how the postal machines handle overstuffed envelopes?

Sometimes I run out of mindless amusement here at the house.

Over the years I have gotten a great amount of glee by sending purveyors of unwelcomed mail with postage paid return envelopes boxes containing bricks and cinder blocks.

The brick pile in the back yard has steadily gotten smaller and smaller throughout the years thanks to the US Postal Service.

Their mail came back AGAIN !!
This time, I used the enclosed, prepaid envelope to reply.
I took their info, got out the Sharpie, next to "NRA" I added "negotiate rights away,"
stuffed it in their own envelope and mailed it again.
It hasn't come back this time.

If enough folks would follow my lead on this, the NRA would certainly get the hint.

Seems the NRA (negotiate rights away) has kicked things up a notch and have now CALLED last night.

A sexy sounding female voice set me up to hear a recorded message from His Excellency, Lord Wayne LaPierre.
After listening through this entire 3 minute UN-based scare propaganda, a male voice took over.
He was sooooo anxious to sign me up for a reduced fee of only $125.00, instead of the usual $175.00.  At this point, I asked if he knew what "NRA" actually stood for.
As expected, he responded as trained with "national rifle association."
I corrected him, teaching him it really means "negotiate rights away."

When asked just how long HE'S been a member, he quietly acknowledged "3 months."

Hope he follows my suggestion he research the true history of his employer, learn they are actually a gun CONTROL organization.

Wonder if the mail solicitations will stop now?

Dang, Mark.  You must have gotten on their superduper mailing list.  I havn't gotten any mail from them and if they call my cellphone and wake me up I'm going to have some choice words for them.

Must be, Mark.  I hardly ever get anything from them - and I even bought a hat with their logo on it.   I'll try to remember to wear it next time we get together.
